Cabana Boy Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change — life happens! That’s why we’ve designed a flexible and hassle-free refund policy to make things easy for you.

Cancellations:
You can cancel your booking up to 2 hours before your scheduled arrival time and receive a full refund — no questions asked. You can cancel your booking in your email confirmation — it’s quick and easy!

Running Late?
If you're running behind or need to reschedule, reach out as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate you.

No-Shows:
If we don’t hear from you and you don’t arrive for your appointment, unfortunately, we won’t be able to issue a refund.

Rainy Day Policy

At Cabana Boy Rockaway, we want you to have the best beach experience possible. While we can’t control the weather, we do our best to be fair and flexible when conditions don’t cooperate.

Light Rain or Passing Showers
Service will continue as scheduled during light rain or brief passing showers. Beach setups are still usable, and many guests choose to stay and enjoy their day.

Severe Weather
If there is heavy rain, thunderstorms, lightning, or unsafe beach conditions, we may delay, pause, or cancel service for the safety of our guests and staff.

Cancellations Due to Weather

  • If Cabana Boy Rockaway cancels your reservation due to severe weather, you will receive the option to:

    • Reschedule for another available date, or

    • Receive a full credit or refund

  • If you choose to cancel in advance due to forecasted weather, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your reservation to receive a full credit.

Day-Of Decisions
Weather can change quickly near the ocean. Final decisions regarding cancellations or delays may be made the morning of your booking.

No-Shows / Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or no-shows, may not be eligible for refunds or credits unless weather conditions are deemed unsafe by our team.
